*** After November 10th shipping times will be delayed due to the large increase in packages that USPS and other major couriers experience this time of year. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas after this day with standard shipping. Using express shipping, packages ordered by November 20th should arrive by Christmas. We will do everything in our power to move things along as quickly as possible, thank you. ***
*** We are currently experiencing higher than average demand for our custom products and are running behind. Please expect a 12-15 day wait for our designers to receive your order, crop your photos and make your custom design. Once completed the order will go into production and be handmade, then shipped. We're working as quickly as possible to complete all orders in a timely manner, thank you for your patience! ***
Current Lead Time: Ships within 23-25 days
***There is currently a Canada Post strike that is causing delays in shipping for our Canadian customers. If you have the option to order using express shipping, we urge you to do this, to avoid longer shipping delays. ***
Delivery Times
On average it takes us 5 to 8 business days to print and hand stitch your order before we ship it out. There may be some delay during holidays. Otherwise, you can expect the following ship times:
Standard Ship Times:
- USA: 10-20 Days
- CA/UK/AUS: 14-21 Days (wallet phone cases may take 15-45 days)
- Rest of World: 30-45 Days
Express Ship Times:
- USA: 4-7 Business Days
- CA/UK/AUS: 4-7 Business Days
- Rest of World (some areas are not eligible): 4-7 Business Days
