Terms and Conditions
All influencers and ambassadors, upon requesting to join the Hyphoria Influencer and Ambassador Program, acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Influencers and Ambassadors are verified by the social media accounts they claim to own. You will receive the status of Hyphoria Influencer once we approve your application. Please contact Hyphoria’s Customer Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) for any questions or code amendments.
If an application to be part of the program has been declined, you must wait 60 days before signing up again with the same social media accounts.
Your participation in the Program and use of your Influencer Code constitute your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions, as well as Hyphoria’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program.
Commission and Rewards Code
Commission will be granted for every sale generated using your unique rewards code. Commissions may be redeemed by cashing out for a minimum of $200 or through store credits.
Orders placed through commission, in the event of a refund or cancellation, shall be refunded in its original form-in this case, through commission credit.
Hyphoria shall not be liable for any loss caused by non-acceptance, rejection or delay of payments, or incorrect payment information.
In an event of a referred customer refund or cancelled order, the equivalent commission value of the sale will be deducted from your commission proceeds.
Hyphoria reserves the right to deactivate your customized code if used inappropriately or in a way that is damaging to the program and brand. Commissions earned will be subject for review and approval based on Hyphoria, and can be declined if deemed earned in inappropriate and damaging manner.
Collection and Use of Content
Content related to Hyphoria including but nonlimited to Sponsored products may be collected by Hyphoria on their social media channels and may be used for marketing purposes. Such Content may consist of such YouTube or TikTok videos, Facebook, Instagram posts or other socialmedia posts, including text, images, video, and post data created by the Influencer that mention Hyphoria as a sponsor or partner, use Hyphoria in hashtag (e.g., #Hyphoria or #myhyphoria), or feature Sponsored Products or other products received from Hyphoria as a part of the Program.
As a Hyphoria Influencer & Ambassador and in consideration of being admitted to the Program, you agree to grant Hyphoria a non-exclusive and irrevocable right to collect your Content from social media channels and the Hyphoria website for marketing, promotional, or analysis purposes. Any use or publication of your Content shall be at the discretion of Hyphoria
If you do not agree to the collection and use of your Content, you may inform Hyphoria and choose to withdraw from the Program anytime.
By requesting to join the Program you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Hyphoria reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. However, Hyphoria will make reasonable efforts to notify members of these changes. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon public posting of the revisions.
Should there be any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, Hyphoria’s decision is final.
Hyphoria reserves the right to make changes to its Terms & Conditions at any time, and you are encouraged to visit this website or the Influencer Hub from time to time for details.
